Harris Computer Systems is proud to announce the Town of Mocksville, NC has upgraded their software to the Spectrum Suite.   Mocksville, serving approximately 5,000 residents, was previously using the DOS based Manatron SDS Systems.  While this system has good functionality, they felt it was time to move to a more interactive software solution.  The Town of Mocksville upgraded their Utility Billing and General Accounting applications to facilitate their needs; a system with robust reporting, unlimited historical data, Windows GUI and enhanced functionality.   The Spectrum Suite is specifically designed to meet the needs of municipalities, offering many different integrated products to fit the diverse needs of Harris’ customers.
