FREE Summer Trial for Parks and Recreation Software

Niagara Falls, NY: Today, Harris Computer Systems unveiled its free summer trial for the Activitek Recreation Management Platform; a cloud based software system that provides administrative tools for departments and online account management options for residents.
The trial will be available to departments starting on June 1st, 2010 and will continue for 75 days after activation. At that time, departments can choose to move forward with Activitek or discontinue with no penalty. Departments will be able to configure 2-5 activities and facilities during the trial.

Activitek Parks and Recreation Software Platform is a powerful tool which allows organizations to manage their everyday business processes from a secure web-based environment. Departments can manage contacts, finances, activities, or resources from a single online location. Users are able to run analytical reports which can assist them in everyday business processes. Residents are provided with a public interface that allows them to manage their account online at any time.
